Once the sale is complete, we don’t leave you with the aftermath. We provide a complete post-sale clean-out that includes removal of any remaining items that did not sell and cleaning the property. Leaving the property empty, broom-clean, and ready for the next step—whether that’s listing the home, renting it, or turning it over to new ownership.

Smaller Estate Sales

Do I Need To Be Present During The Sale?
No, our team handles everything from organizing, set up and sales process. We understand family members are eager to see how the sale is performing, but we ask to give patrons space to purchase and view items.
Do You Clean Up After The Sale?
We remove all of our company equipment plus any trash from estate sale customers. On top of that, our WeDo Junk Removal team can remove all remaining items, if needed, and our WeDo Cleaning team will handle the cleaning once all items are removed. With separate pricing, you’ll receive services under one WeDo Enterprise – making coordination a breeze.
Are There Items You Won't Sell?
We ask that all members thoroughly assess the home and set aside any photographs, memorbilia, heirlooms or personal items that would like to be kept.
We do not sell hazmat items, chemicals such as gasoline / oil or in unarked containers.
How Does Scheduling Work?
We start off with a phone call to discuss your specific circumstance. Then, we schedule a free in person consultation. If you choose our team to serve during this process, we confirm the sale dates.
How Do I Prepare?
Don’t strain yourself too much preparing for our initial walk through, we will answer many questions onsite with you. We do ask that you allow any friends or family sufficient time prior to the sale dates to remove any wanted items.
Removing any noticeable trash or debris around the property that cannot sell will save a few dollars.
